How easy is it to buy a home built by Regal Builders? What will I own?
A $5,000 deposit is required to secure your dream homesite and home plan. Your Housing Consultant will work with you over the course of 60-days to initiate the design and contract process. In total we require a 10% deposit at the time of contract to begin work on your new home. With Regal Builders, your purchase is Fee Simple, which means you will own both the home and home site.

Regal Builders operates throughout the mid-Atlantic region, with a focus in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
How do you approach site selection?
We perform in-depth research to understand the market’s needs and economic and demographic trends when exploring potential commercial or residential opportunities.
What type of projects do you specialize in?
Regal Builders has experience developing a wide range of projects and spaces, from single-family and multi-family residential to infill, industrial and commercial developments. Our projects have ranged from 50 to 1,000 homesites within residential projects and 250+ commercial pad sites.
What areas of land development do you specialize in? Do you work with other builders and developers?
Yes, Regal Builders specializes in acquiring, zoning, entitling and developing land for residential and commercial developments.
Do you partner with other builders and developers?
Yes, while our construction group has built within several of these projects and we’ve also worked with other builders and developers as well. We value partnerships and actively seek new ways to leverage of experience and resources with others.
