How easy is it to buy a home built by Regal Builders? What will I own?
Buying a new home built by Regal Builders requires 3 easy steps (though you are not obligated to follow and it’s common that some homebuyers opt to move straight into a contract on their dream home). In total we require a 10% deposit at the time of contract to begin work on your new home. Here are the steps offered for Home Buying Made Easy:
1 – A $1,000 fully refundable deposit reserves your home site.
2. A total of a 3% deposit secures your participation in our Peace of Mind program.
3. The balance of the 10% deposit is due at contract.
With Regal Builders, your purchase is Fee Simple, which means you will own both the home and home site.
