How easy is it to buy a home built by Regal Builders? What will I own?
Buying a new home built by Regal Builders requires 2 easy steps. In total we require a 10% deposit at the time of contract to begin work on your new home. Here are the steps offered for Home Buying Made Easy:
1 A total of a 3% deposit secures your home site and home plan for 60 days when you enroll in our our Peace of Mind program. This allows you to initiate the design and contract process
2. The balance of the 10% deposit is due at contract.
With Regal Builders, your purchase is Fee Simple, which means you will own both the home and home site.
